A six-week course for beginners or those who want to reintroduce meditation into daily life. In small groups of up to 4 people, learn the history, the science and the benefits of daily practice. Benefit from practising breath work and 12 different types of meditation.

1-hour sessions available, for up to 2 people, to practice effective sequences of Hatha yoga. To improve balance, strength and flexibility whilst learning breathing techniques is beneficial for the body and mind. Suitable for beginners.

A 3.5 hour workshop for individuals who are interested to learn and practice self-help techniques. In small groups of up to 4 people, the techniques are useful, enduring and powerful tools, that can be used alongside conventional medicine to enhance well-being. Soft drinks and light snack provided.
Increasing and Sustaining Resilience
Learn and practice different techniques and strategies that rewire your neural pathways for different response and recovery times. Understand how to protect yourself through self care and why forgiveness, gratitude and kindness is good for us. Develop a daily routine that works for you, even on busy days and so much more.
Expand your Mind
Learn how to define goals and the steps to achieve them. Develop positive neural pathways for success. Understand the bio chemistry of a positive outlook and how to manage the opposite (within yourself and other people) and practice effective strategies and techniques for staying focused.
