A 6-week course to learn and practice different techniques and strategies that rewire your neural pathways for different response and recovery times. In small groups of up to 4 people, understand how to protect yourself through self care and why forgiveness, gratitude and kindness is good for us. Enduring techniques that can be shared with family and friends. Develop a daily routine that works for you, even on busy days.
Achieve Success
Over 8 weeks, on a 1-1 basis, be supported to define goals in every aspect of your life and learn the steps to achieve them. Develop and practice techniques for positive neural pathways. Understand the bio chemistry of a positive outlook and how to manage the opposite (within yourself and other people) and practice effective strategies and techniques for staying focused.
Meditation
A six-week course for beginners or those who want to reintroduce meditation into daily life. In small groups of up to 4 people, learn the history, the science and the benefits of daily practice. Benefit from practising breath work and 12 different types of meditation.
If you would like to deepen your practice, classes are available twice a week.
The Art and Science of Happiness
Yoga
1-hour sessions available, for up to 2 people, to practice effective sequences of Hatha yoga. To improve balance, strength and flexibility whilst learning breathing techniques is beneficial for the body and mind. Suitable for beginners.
